Postal services for Alicante Provincial Council and other bodies

Summary

The tender seeks domestic and international postal services for Alicante Provincial Council and three participating public bodies. The successful contractor must use the lower-impact vehicles available in its fleet and comply with data-protection requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically; alternatives are not permitted, and the tender documents classify the entire service as critical work that cannot be subcontracted.
