Transport of children entrusted to child welfare services by light vehicles

Summary

The tender covers the transport of children placed under the care of the Meuse departmental child welfare service and, where required, their family members, using light vehicles with fewer than eight seats. It is divided into two geographic lots: the southern area (Lot 1) and the northern area (Lot 2); a tenderer may bid for one or both lots, with one service provider selected for each lot. The framework agreement initially runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times, up to 31 December 2030. The submission deadline is 6 October 2026 at 12:00. The service must be available around the clock throughout the year, vehicles must generally be supplied within two hours of an order, and a replacement vehicle must be deployable within one hour.
