Loading and transport of drill cores

Summary

The tender concerns loading drill cores in Obergruna and Hainichen and transporting them to the new Rock and Analytics Centre in Freiberg at Lessingstraße 45. The service includes loading, securing the cargo, unloading and transport, including 1,350 pallets from Hainichen and 1,300 pallets from Obergruna; forklift transport and possible additional trips must also be priced separately. The bidder must state the vehicle to be used, pallet capacity per trip, number of trips per day, number of staff and staff roles, and provide net and gross prices. The submission deadline is 6 October 2026, the offer must remain binding until 11 December 2026, and delivery is expected in June 2027, with the exact timing coordinated approximately four weeks before the move. The offer must be complete, signed, prepared in German and submitted using the contracting authority’s forms.
