Construction of 96 burial niches at Virgen de los Dolores Cemetery – Phase A

Summary

The tender covers construction of one module containing 96 burial niches at the Virgen de los Dolores Municipal Cemetery in Elda (Phase A, under the “Elda Parte de Ti” plan). The module has three storeys. The works include site preparation and excavation, reinforced-concrete foundations and prefabricated niches, roofing, rainwater and leachate drainage, natural ventilation, and façade finishes including Blanco Macael marble details. The leachate tank will be connected to the existing sewer network. The contract has no lots, and the works must be completed within two months from the setting-out inspection record. The estimated contract value is €193,141.55 excluding VAT; the maximum tender budget is €233,713.38 including €40,561.83 VAT. Of the 100 evaluation points, price accounts for up to 85, an extended warranty for up to 9, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates or equivalents for up to 6 points combined.
