Summary

The tender covers reception services at Espacio Maqua, La Cámara 23, Avilés. The initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend for one additional year. Service is required Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. There is no afternoon shift on 24 or 31 December. Tenderers must be entered in the required official register and demonstrate financial and technical capacity. The successful tenderer must provide a final performance guarantee of 5% of the awarded price and civil liability insurance of at least €1,000,000. The contractor must observe employment and pay conditions, data protection and occupational safety rules, and environmental requirements, including the use of environmentally friendly products.
