Natural gas supply to Egarsat Hospital

EGARSAT is seeking a 12-month supply of piped natural gas for hot water and heating at its hospital at 20 Avenida del Tibidabo, Barcelona. Estimated consumption is 800,000 kWh under the RLTB5 tariff; actual consumption may vary, and no surcharge may be charged for deviations from the estimate. The maximum budget is EUR 82,181.46 excluding VAT (EUR 99,439.57 including VAT), and the contract value is EUR 90,399.61 excluding VAT, including planned modifications of up to 10%. The supplier must arrange network access with the distributor, manage and validate consumption records, provide online access to consumption information, offer customer and technical assistance 24 hours a day throughout the year, and issue monthly electronic invoices. Gas quality and supply pressure must meet the applicable requirements, including a pressure range of 0.4–4 bar and a guaranteed minimum of 1 bar. Subcontracting is prohibited. The contract has no extension. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for three months. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. Participation requires the specified turnover, relevant supply experience, authorisation as a natural gas retailer and the required registration or proof of a timely registration application. The successful bidder must also meet the social requirements on gender equality and the prevention of discrimination and harassment.
