EGARSAT is procuring a 12-month supply of piped natural gas for hot water and heating at its hospital at Avenida del Tibidabo 20, Barcelona. Estimated consumption is 800,000 kWh under the RLTB5 tariff; actual consumption may vary, and no surcharge may be charged for deviations from the estimate. The maximum budget is EUR 82,181.46 excluding VAT (EUR 99,439.57 including VAT), with a contract value of EUR 90,399.61 excluding VAT including planned modifications of up to 10%. The supplier must arrange network access with the distributor, manage and validate consumption records, provide online access to consumption information, offer customer and technical assistance 24 hours a day throughout the year, and provide monthly electronic invoices. Gas quality and supply pressure must meet applicable requirements, including a pressure range of 0.4–4 bar and a guaranteed minimum of 1 bar. Subcontracting is not permitted. The contract has no extension. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for three months. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. Participation requires the stated financial turnover, relevant supply experience, authorisation as a natural gas retailer and the required registration or proof of a timely registration application. The successful bidder must also comply with social requirements on gender equality and preventing discrimination and harassment.
