Redevelopment and paving of the roadside area behind Sa Real School on the E-10 road

Summary

The tender covers redevelopment of the roadside area behind Sa Real School on the E-10 road in Eivissa. The works include an accessible footway, an entry lane onto the E-10 and a segregated exit lane towards Ignasi Wallis Avenue, together with drainage, paving, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, signage and street furniture. Existing surfaces will be demolished, earthworks carried out and affected utilities reinstated. The aim is to improve pedestrian accessibility and road safety and organise traffic movements. The estimated contract value is €364,038.13 excluding VAT, with a total budget of €440,486.14 including VAT. Price accounts for 80 points and formula-based criteria for 20 points. Additional points are available for offering all of the specified improvements: 195 m of N2-class double safety barrier (15 points), five additional Celtis australis trees (3 points) and ten inverted-U bicycle stands (2 points); partial improvement offers are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must meet the registration, turnover and similar-works experience requirements and appoint a site manager. A final guarantee of 5% is required; no provisional guarantee is required.
