Reports are due within 10 working days of receiving the request and images. Unexpected findings must be reported within fewer than three working days, and urgent findings must also be communicated by telephone. The contract has a single lot and runs for four months, with no option to extend. The estimated volume is 3,846 studies, at a maximum unit price of €26; the estimated total contract value is €99,996, and the healthcare service is VAT-exempt. The provider must supply at least one dermatology and venereology specialist, a suitable platform, dermatoscopes for imaging where needed, and secure data exchange integrated with the health service's systems.
