Expansion of the day centre for conversion into a care home for older people

Summary

The procurement covers the expansion of the day centre in Holguera so that it can be adapted into a residential care home for older people. The construction works are at Carretera Batán 6. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 354,859.22 excluding VAT (EUR 429,379.66 including VAT), and the works must be completed by 30 September 2027 unless the deadline is formally extended. Tenders are scored on price (up to 80 points) and an extension of the warranty period (up to 20 points, at 0.833 points per additional month).
