Tender detail
Supply of collaborative robotic systems for multi-pass welding and weld finishing
Summary
The contract covers the supply, fabrication, integration, programming, commissioning and testing of a collaborative-robot welding system and a robotic weld-finishing system for Navantia’s CIR facility in Ferrol. The supply includes a collaborative robot system with its accessories and software, together with MIG/MAG robotic welding equipment. The robot must have six axes, a payload of approximately 7 kg, a reach of approximately 850 mm and repeatability of ±0.03 mm or better. The welding power source must provide current of approximately 400 A. The work also includes fabrication of mechanical and electrical integration elements; an electrical and control cabinet with an industrial computer and screen; data acquisition, storage and display from the robot and welding equipment; programming of a multi-pass welding application; and integration of software from the TIFON project. Electrical welding signals must be acquired at a frequency of at least 10 kHz, with robot and control-system data acquired at approximately 10 Hz. The contract also includes a portable, electrically powered robotic weld-finishing system using an existing UR10e robot at the CIR and a magnetic base. Bidders must submit a detailed technical proposal, a separate financial offer in the required breakdown, a work plan and schedule, and a list of equipment, components, accessories and licences. The proposal must describe the team, execution method, tests, commissioning and support, and clearly explain any departures or alternatives. Equipment must be new and suitable for industrial use, and a minimum two-year warranty is required. Delivery, installation, commissioning and testing will take place at Navantia’s CIR in Ferrol.
