Refurbishment of Operating Theatre No. 1 at Hospital Río Carrión in Palencia

Summary

The tender covers the complete refurbishment of operating theatre No. 1 at Hospital Río Carrión in Palencia. The project will modernise an outdated surgical space and improve hygiene and aseptic conditions, safety, staff ergonomics and the energy efficiency of the installations. The works include, among other things, building and finishing work, electrical and climate-control systems, medical gas installations, communications and technical management systems. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience in previous construction works and provide evidence of attending the mandatory site visit. The offer must include a signed European Single Procurement Document, a supplementary declaration, a technical description tailored to the hospital environment, a work schedule and a price offer. Bids must be submitted electronically. The successful contractor must provide public liability insurance covering at least EUR 500,000 per claim and deliver at least one five-hour occupational health and safety training session for staff involved in the contract.
