Improvements to the A Estrada Municipal Recycling Centre

Summary

The tender covers improvements to the existing municipal recycling and waste collection site in A Estrada. The main part of the mixed contract is the supply and installation of the required equipment and components, together with associated construction works. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with comparable supplies and provide civil liability insurance with €200,000 cover. During performance, the contractor must, among other things, deliver at least five hours of staff training on equality and work-life balance, prepare at least 70% of the relevant construction and demolition waste for reuse or recovery, and certify that asbestos and specified substances of very high concern will not be used. The project is co-financed by the Galicia ERDF 2021–2027 programme.
