Furniture and kitchen equipment for hospitality and tourism vocational training

Summary

The procurement covers furniture and professional kitchen and household equipment for public educational institutions providing vocational training in hospitality and tourism in the Valencia region. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes items such as shelving, tables, service and flambé trolleys, side tables, 170 chairs and a display cabinet. Lot 2 includes items such as chilling and freezing equipment, vacuum-packaging machines, fryers, combi ovens, heated counters, kitchen mixers, ice-making equipment and touchscreen point-of-sale systems for restaurants and cafés. Bidders must offer all items required for the relevant lot and provide a description and the manufacturer’s or catalogue technical specifications for each product. Offers are assessed on price alone and must remain within the stated ceiling. The submission period is 15 calendar days starting the day after the invitation is sent. Delivery is due within 25 calendar days of the order; the overall contract performance period is two months. Goods must be delivered to the specified educational institutions, and the contracting authority may request partial deliveries. The warranty period is at least three years. The total estimated value is €214,721.68 excluding VAT, or €259,813.23 including 21% VAT.
