Delivery of maintenance gymnastics classes

Summary

The contract covers the delivery of maintenance gymnastics classes at municipal sports centres in Corvera de Asturias. Classes run Monday to Friday: two groups at Las Vegas Sports Centre, from 9:30 to 10:30 and 10:30 to 11:30, and one class at Los Campos Sports Centre from 19:00 to 20:00. The regular season runs from October to May, excluding weekends, national and local public holidays, and 22 May; the first season starts in December 2026. The contract starts on 1 December 2026, lasts two years and may be extended annually to a maximum total term of four years, ending no later than May 2030. The estimated volume is 522 hours per season. The two-year budget is €26,288.33 including VAT, and the estimated contract value including possible extensions is €46,280.78 excluding VAT; the hourly rate must not exceed €23.52 excluding VAT. The bidder must provide classes with qualified instructors and the necessary equipment, arrange cover for absences and submit a descriptive proposal of no more than 15 pages covering the classes and service management. Offers must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice; only one offer is permitted and variants are not accepted. Price carries up to 75 points, a commitment to appoint a woman as coordinator up to 5 points, and the descriptive proposal up to 20 points. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the price excluding VAT.
