Furniture and kitchen equipment for vocational schools

Summary

The procurement covers furniture and kitchen and other equipment for public vocational schools teaching hospitality, catering and tourism. It is divided into two lots: furniture (including shelving, tables, trolleys, side tables, chairs and a display cabinet) and equipment (including chilling and freezing equipment, vacuum packers, fryers, combination ovens, heated counters, mixers and touchscreen restaurant and café cash registers). Quantities are fixed in the tender documents; technical specifications and delivery destinations are listed in the annexes. Bidders must offer all items in the relevant lot. Each offer must include an item description and the catalogue technical specifications of the offered model and manufacturer; operating instructions must be in Spanish or Valencian. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids must not exceed the overall budget or applicable maximum unit prices. The submission period is 15 calendar days from the day after the invitation is sent. Delivery is due within 25 calendar days of the order, and the contract must be performed within two months from the day after award notification. The goods carry a minimum three-year warranty. The total estimated value is €214,721.68 excluding VAT (€259,813.23 including 21% VAT). The furniture lot has a budget of €52,730 and the equipment lot €161,991.68, both excluding VAT. Admission to the purchasing system requires the bidder to meet qualification thresholds: annual turnover of at least €215,000 in the relevant field and similar supplies worth at least €150,500 in aggregate in the bidder’s highest-performing year during the last three years.
