Renovation of the local police outpost and adaptation for DGT classrooms
Summary
The contract covers renovation and reorganisation of the Requena local police outpost building and associated spaces. The works include refurbishing the gardens, wall and fencing at the main entrance; creating a new entrance and separating a public lobby from areas for officers with controlled access; and converting the former woodworking workshop into DGT classrooms and a facility for issuing identity documents, with toilets including an accessible toilet and direct street-level access. The former metalworking workshop will be refurbished for Civil Protection, with renovated toilets and a sleeping room. The vehicle storage area for vehicles removed by the tow truck will be enlarged, and the motorcycle parking building will be rebuilt. The estimated completion period is six months. The estimated value is €563,669.32 excluding VAT and €682,039.88 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Tenderers must submit their bids electronically and meet the financial and technical capacity requirements. The award criteria are price (80 points) and completion time (20 points). A proposed time reduction must be supported by a justified schedule; reductions of more than one month receive no points. During performance, the contractor must comply with the equality and work-life balance conditions and use the lower-impact vehicle available in its fleet.
