Urban renewal of streets in Requena’s old quarter

The tender covers the renewal of the streets Rey de Francia, Gil, Juan Penén, Antonio Pérez and Martínez Checa in Requena’s old quarter. The tender documents set a submission period of 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. No provisional guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the final offered price excluding VAT. During contract performance, the contractor must use the least environmentally harmful vehicle available in its fleet and, when renewing the fleet, replace vehicles with a more efficient model.
