Technical sound and lighting assistance, and loading and unloading for performances in San Pedro Alcántara

Summary

The procurement covers technical assistance for performances promoted by the Education, Culture, Heritage and Youth Area of the San Pedro Alcántara district. The work includes setting up, dismantling and handling sound and lighting equipment, as well as loading and unloading at La Alcoholera and Trapiche de Guadaiza cultural venues and outdoor public spaces. The contract is not divided into lots. The contract is expected to run for three years from formalisation, with an option to extend it by one year. The budget ceiling is EUR 87,000 including VAT (EUR 71,900.82 excluding VAT). Services are priced by unit rates, and tenderers must offer a single percentage discount on those rates. Offers are assessed on a total of 100 points: price is worth up to 75 points and service improvements offered at no extra cost up to 25 points. Points are available for shortening the required notice period from four days to three days (5 points) or two days (10 points), and for preventive maintenance checks on equipment at both venues: three checks per year earn 5 points, four earn 10, and six earn 15. Tenderers must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and provide the required declarations; the successful tenderer must also demonstrate insurance cover and provide a final guarantee of 5%.
