Stevedoring and logistics services

Summary

This tender concerns stevedoring and logistics services at Hargs Harbour in Östhammars Municipality. The contractor shall provide unloading and loading of ships, handling of goods within the port area, unloading and loading of trucks, and ongoing port-area maintenance and related logistics services. The contract is open for bidding under LUf. The project duration is 2 years with the possibility of extending twice for 2 years each, up to a total of 6 years, starting 2027-07-01. The estimated total contract value is SEK 330,000,000. Supplementary procurement document No. 1 was published on 2026-09-15, containing amendments to the evaluation model and contract documents; Annex B and G have been replaced with corrected versions. Bids must be submitted on these documents. Payment is invoiced on a rolling basis according to the remuneration terms in Modellavtalet; payment within 30 days from invoice date. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
