Huércal-Overa Autumn Cultural and Leisure Trip for Older People 2026

Summary

The contract is for organising a three-day cultural and leisure trip for up to 105 older residents of Huércal-Overa to the Costa del Sol, from 30 November to 2 December 2026. The trip includes two hotel nights in Benalmádena or Fuengirola and visits to Frigiliana, Mijas, Puerto Banús, Marbella, Málaga and Benalmádena. The contractor will arrange coach transport, accessible accommodation in a hotel rated at least four stars, full board, excursions, admission fees and local guides, evening entertainment and travel insurance; a meal must also be provided on the return journey. The maximum price is €240 per person, including VAT. The municipality contributes €68.57 per person, with the traveller paying the remainder, up to €171.43. Bids are evaluated on price, hotel category and spa availability, and up to five additional free places. Bidders must, among other things, hold the required tourism-register authorisation and submit the required bid documents and details of the buses and staff to be assigned. No minimum financial or technical solvency is required.
