Summary

The contract covers repair of a water leak in the bathroom of room 308 at the RLM Tenerife facility in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The work includes locating the leak, removing and disposing of existing materials and construction waste, completely replacing the drain pipes and renewing the water-supply pipes, installing a shower tray and ceramic flooring, lining the surrounding walls with PVC sheets, and reinstalling and sealing the sanitary fittings and shower screen. Materials include, among others, pipes and fittings, tracer gas, a shower tray, flooring and mould-resistant silicone. The completion period is 20 days from contract award. The maximum budget is EUR 8,950 including 7% IGIC tax; the estimated amount excluding tax is EUR 8,364.49 and the tax is EUR 585.51. Bids exceeding the maximum will be rejected. Bids are assessed on discounts: the discount on industrial profit must be at least 5% and accounts for 80% of the points; the discount on the hourly labour rate accounts for 5 points and the discount on material prices for 15 points. The bidder must submit its offer electronically within 10 working days, counted from the day after the invitation, and meet the participation, registration and insurance requirements.
