Delivery of Four Drawing and Painting Training Courses

Summary

The tender covers four drawing and painting courses for the 2026/2027 academic year of the Badajoz Popular University: beginner and advanced classes, each offered in morning and afternoon groups. Each course comprises 106 hours, for a total of 424 hours from October 2026 to June 2027. Teaching is to be delivered in person at the Popular University, in groups of no more than 20 learners aged over 16. The contractor must deliver participatory teaching combining theory and practice, develop the course content and learning materials, and submit them for review at least 15 days before teaching begins. The bidder must provide an instructor with a degree in Fine Arts and at least 100 hours of documented teaching experience covering the full subject area. The estimated contract value is EUR 15,416.64 excluding VAT, with an estimated total of EUR 18,654.13 including 21% VAT. Price scores up to 49 points and quality up to 51 points. Quality scoring considers the instructor’s teaching and further-training experience, as well as up to three additional activities proposed for each course.
