Supply of hardware materials and other items

Summary

The tender covers the supply of hardware, timber, paint, plumbing and electrical materials, and other goods needed for the municipal company Serveis d’Alcoi’s maintenance, events and public-space activities. Goods will be ordered as needed during the two-year contract, with a possible one-year extension. The buyer guarantees no minimum order volume. Bidders must offer the same discount percentage on all products, and price is the sole award criterion. The tender budget is capped at €36,000 excluding VAT (€43,560 including VAT); bids above that limit will be rejected. The successful supplier must operate its own or an agreed public-facing warehouse no more than 10 km by road from Rodes Urban Technology Park, ready within one month of contract signature. Orders must be delivered within no more than three working days, during the hours of 07:00–20:00; immediate delivery is preferred in emergencies. No specific minimum economic or technical capacity criteria apply. Goods must comply with safety and environmental requirements and carry a minimum three-year warranty against manufacturing and transport defects. Bids must be submitted electronically within ten working days of the deadline stated in the contract notice.
