Upgrade of fire safety conditions and installations at the Nau Jove municipal building

Summary

The contract covers construction works to improve fire safety in the multipurpose area of the Nau Jove municipal building in Silla. The works include fire protection of the main structural elements to class R 90 and, where required, the main roof elements to class R 30; upgrading evacuation doors and routes; fitting panic bars to standard UNE-EN 1125 where appropriate; renewing evacuation and fire-equipment signs; and inspecting and extending emergency lighting and firefighting equipment. The works also include a new fire-protection pressure unit, an automatic fire detection system, voice alarm or emergency public-address facilities, evacuation and emergency plans, and testing, certification and the required administrative legalisation of the installations. The planned completion period is 3 months, or 90 calendar days, with works scheduled for 2026–2027. The estimated contract value is €108,742.04 excluding VAT; the maximum budget including VAT is €131,577.87. Tenders are evaluated on price (up to 60 points) and an additional fixed maintenance-access improvement (40 points). The improvement is a permanent access system to the upper area of the existing offices for fire detector maintenance, provided at no additional cost. Tenders must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days beginning the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required legal, financial and technical capacity and be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
