Financial Audit and Tax Advisory Services for the University of Oviedo Foundation

Summary

The University of Oviedo Foundation is procuring external services in two lots: Lot I covers the financial audit of the Foundation’s accounts and annual financial statements and preparation of the audit report; Lot II covers tax advice, preparation and filing of tax returns and forms, preparation of tax-related documents and appeals, and assistance in administrative or court proceedings where needed. A bidder may apply for only one lot; applying for both simultaneously or in sequence is prohibited. The initial net amounts are €9,000 for Lot I and €8,000 for Lot II. Including possible extensions, the estimated values are €45,000 and €40,000 respectively, giving a total estimated value of €85,000 excluding VAT. Lot I runs for three years with up to two additional one-year extensions; Lot II runs for one year with up to four one-year extensions. Each lot may run for a maximum of five years. Bids must be submitted electronically. Evaluation considers price, additional technical criteria and the work plan; the work plan is worth 35 of the 100 points in each lot.
