Renewal of Wildcard and Multidomain SAN SSL Certificates for Mutua Balear

Summary

Mutua Balear is procuring the renewal and management, for three years, of two corporate SSL certificates: a Wildcard OV certificate for its main domain and subdomains, and a multidomain SAN OV certificate for its Exchange server covering one primary name and two alternative names. The certificates must meet the specified security requirements and be compatible with, among other things, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. The work includes certificate issuance, renewal, validity monitoring and incident response; all renewals needed during the contract are included in the price. The service is expected to start on 4 January 2027, and tenders are due by 23:59 on 26 October 2026. The maximum budget is €2,805 excluding VAT, or €3,394.05 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Tenderers must meet the turnover, insurance, experience and certification requirements and provide the required evidence of certification-authority status and a price offer in the prescribed format.
