Supply of promotional and offline communications materials for the European projects EPALE, ALAES and EUROGUIDANCE

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for promotional and offline communications materials for the European projects EPALE, ALAES and EUROGUIDANCE. Lot 1 covers promotional items such as recycled PET backpacks, smartphone lanyards, keyrings with reusable microfibre cloths, USB hubs, writing sets, notebooks, laptop sleeves, highlighters, cotton bags, bottles and waterproof phone pouches. Lot 2 covers printed and display materials: pull-up banners, a photo backdrop, leaflets, posters and flyers, including materials about vocational education and the assessment and recognition of basic skills. Items must be designed and marked with the project and ministry logos specified in the tender documents; digital proofs must be submitted for approval before producing certain printed materials. Bidders may tender for either or both lots. The estimated budget including VAT is €24,218.15 for Lot 1 and €13,364.45 for Lot 2, totalling €37,582.60. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth up to 100 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable supply experience, or, if newly established, the required technical staff. Both lots must be delivered within three weeks from 16 December 2026, or from contract signing if that occurs later. Delivery is to Paseo del Prado 28, 6th floor, Madrid. Reusable or recyclable packaging materials must be used, and the warranty period is six months. After award, the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
