Supply of Ceramic Flooring and Wall Tiles for the Indoor Pool Construction in Talamanca de Jarama

The tender covers the supply of ceramic flooring and wall-covering materials for construction of a heated indoor swimming pool at the municipal sports complex in Talamanca de Jarama. The materials must be delivered to the construction site, unloaded and placed in an area designated by Tragsa; installation is not included. Quantities: 250 m² of floor tiles, 75 linear metres of pool-edge pieces, 236 linear metres of coving, 590 m² of porcelain wall tiles and 60 m² of wall tiles. Lot budget: EUR 18,510.60 excluding tax. The total budget is EUR 27,576.72 excluding tax and EUR 33,367.84 including taxes. Prices must include transport, loading and unloading. The bid must quote unit prices for every item in each lot tendered; partial bids for individual items are not accepted. Bids are evaluated on price (97 points) and reduction of the delivery time for partial orders (up to 3 points). The standard delivery period for a partial order is 3 working days and may be reduced by up to 2 working days. The contract runs for 3 months, the execution period is 30 working days from contract signature, and the materials carry a 2-year warranty.
