Rental, installation and maintenance of Christmas lighting in Tàrbena

Summary

The tender covers the seasonal rental of Christmas lighting for the Municipality of Tàrbena, including transport, installation and electrical connections, keeping the displays operational, repairing faults, dismantling and removal. At least two illuminated Christmas greeting displays are required at the town entrances, together with one prominent decorative lighting feature for the Main Square. The displays must be suitable for outdoor use and use energy-efficient LED technology. The initial contract covers the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 Christmas seasons, with two possible one-season extensions. The remaining 40 points reward technical improvements: additional lighting features and a shorter response time for faults than the standard 48 hours. The bid must include a brief description, photograph, product sheet or equivalent information for the proposed basic lighting features. Bidders must submit the required responsible declaration and their bid electronically in a single envelope within 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice.
