Mandatory audit of GALASA annual accounts for 2026–2028

Summary

GALASA is seeking an independent statutory audit of its annual accounts for 2026, 2027 and 2028. For each year, the work covers checking the balance sheet, profit and loss account, statement of changes in equity, cash-flow statement and notes as at 31 December, and issuing a technical opinion on whether the accounts give a true and fair view of the company’s assets, financial position and results. Where applicable, the auditor must also assess whether the management report is consistent with the annual accounts and inform the administrators of significant internal-control weaknesses. The audit report must comply with Spanish auditing requirements and international auditing standards. The initial contract term is three years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. The estimated budget for the initial three years is EUR 37,950 excluding VAT and EUR 45,919.50 including 21% VAT; the annual price cap is EUR 12,650 excluding VAT. The bid price must remain within budget. Price carries up to 50 points, the team leader’s additional experience up to 10 points, and the quality of the technical proposal up to 40 points. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 18,975, relevant audit experience and a team of auditors registered with ROAC or an equivalent register. The technical proposal must describe the team, work arrangements, audit programme, risk assessment and timetable. Bids must be submitted electronically; the proposed awardee must provide a 5% contract guarantee and maintain the required professional liability insurance.
