The contract covers construction of a roof over the padel court and development of a calisthenics area at the El Navazo sports complex in El Pedernoso. The works include foundations, structure and roofing for the padel court, drainage, civil works and calisthenics equipment, as well as waste management and health and safety measures. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within three months. The tender budget is €74,165 including VAT; the estimated contract value is €61,293.39 excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate the required legal, financial and technical capacity either through works-contractor classification or through the turnover and previous-work evidence described in the tender documents. The bid must include a responsible declaration, any applicable evidence of financial and technical standing, and a project execution memorandum.
