Preventive maintenance and emergency assistance for pumping units and control panels

Summary

The tender is for three years of preventive maintenance and 24-hour emergency assistance for the pumping units and electrical control and switchgear panels serving the University of Cadiz’s Central Marine Culture Research Service (SCI-CM) in Puerto Real. Maintenance includes up to two visits per month, with visits transferable between months, and includes labour. Work covers visual inspections of equipment and panels, panel checks and tightening, operational and alarm checks, and monitoring the consumption of pumps and blowers. Work on live equipment or inside electrical panels must be performed by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with applicable safety rules. The initial term is three years, with annual extensions permitted up to a maximum total term of five years. The contract is not divided into lots, and maintenance work may not be subcontracted.
