Maintenance of access control and video surveillance security systems at Jerez Airport
Summary
The tender covers maintenance of the existing SICA-CCTV security system for access control and video surveillance at Jerez Airport. The work includes preventive, corrective, evolutionary and predictive maintenance, modifications, documentation and legally required maintenance, as well as remote assistance. The contract lasts 12 months and may be extended twice for 12 months each, for a potential total term of three years. The base tender budget is €35,000 excluding taxes, and the estimated contract value including possible extensions is €105,000 excluding taxes. The procurement is not divided into lots, and subcontracting is not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate economic and technical capacity, hold the required security-company registration, and provide the required evidence of technical support from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor. Before submitting a bid, the bidder must attend a video-conference visit and include proof of attendance. A €1,050 tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must also provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of its final offered price, excluding taxes. The technical bid must score at least 60 out of 100 for the price offer to be considered. Technical evaluation covers, among other things, key personnel’s experience with SICA-GSA access control, improvements to response and resolution times, the service plan and maintenance schedule, low-emission vehicles and equipment, commitments to provide spare parts and a laptop with configuration software, and monthly digital service reports. The bidder must submit the required administrative, technical and price documents and declarations electronically.
