JEMAN Framework Agreement for Maintenance of Pressure Equipment on Warships and UBUCANAR
Summary
The procurement covers maintenance of Spanish Navy warship equipment and the equipment of the Canary Islands Diving Unit, together with the supply of required spare parts and materials. The framework agreement is divided into three lots: (1) warship compressors and starting-air and breathing-air systems; (2) water-mist fire suppression systems and TORNADO motor pumps; and (3) the Canary Islands Diving Unit’s hyperbaric chamber and breathing-air compressors. Work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, inspections, calibration, component replacement and functional testing. Bids may cover one, several or all lots; one contractor will be selected for each lot. The framework agreement will run for one year, with an option to extend it by one further year. Its estimated total value is EUR 300,000: EUR 100,000 for Lot 1, EUR 50,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 150,000 for Lot 3. Actual work will be ordered according to need and budget availability, with no minimum purchase commitment on the contracting authority. Bidders must be able to work on naval equipment and provide suitable technical staff, tools and required safety documentation, as well as the evidence and certificates required for the work and testing.
