Loading, transport and management of demolition waste at Jaime Montero de Espinosa Street, Badajoz

Summary

The contract covers loading, removal, transport and management of construction and demolition waste from a demolished building on Jaime Montero de Espinosa Street in Badajoz. The work includes waste treatment and recovery, and disposal where necessary at authorised facilities; the movement of waste must be documented and traceable. The estimated waste volume is 625 m³. If mixed waste includes municipal solid waste, packaging or bulky items, the contractor must separate it on site, transport it to the relevant waste facility and bear all associated costs. The contract lasts one month. Its estimated value is €33,058.58 excluding VAT (€40,000.88 including 21% VAT). Bids are evaluated solely on price, worth 100 points; no bid guarantee or evidence of financial or technical capacity is required. Bidders must, however, hold the required waste-management and heavy-vehicle authorisations and, where applicable, have an agreement with a suitably authorised facility that will accept the waste. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish within 11 working days of publication of the contract notice. At completion, the contractor must provide, among other documents, signed waste-transfer documents and a final management certificate from an authorised facility stating the waste codes and exact tonnes managed.
