Organisation and management of the 30th FIVAMEL Valencia Honey Fair in Montroi

Summary

The contract covers the organisation, direction and delivery of all services required for the 30th edition of the Valencia Honey Fair in Montroi (FIVAMEL). The fair will take place in Montroi on 6–8 November 2026. The contract includes preparation, delivery of the event and the work needed to complete it afterwards; it is not divided into lots. The work includes, among other things, recruiting and allocating exhibitors, preparing the programme and organising honey-related events, providing and dismantling 35–45 stands, a recreational area and an 8 × 50 m activity marquee, advertising and media coverage, lighting and sound, cleaning, security and technical support, and transport logistics. The contractor must also arrange 20 buses to transport visitors and provide passenger insurance, prepare a self-protection plan, produce printed materials, and organise a gala dinner for the 30th anniversary (approximately 60 people at about EUR 40 per person) and an exhibition related to beekeeping. The contractor bears the costs of prizes, required licences, technical plans, installation certificates, electrical connections and energy consumption, and fees arising from the event. The maximum bid is EUR 77,500 excluding VAT (EUR 93,775 including VAT). Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days beginning the day after publication of the contract notice. Price carries up to 70 points, additional activities up to 10 points, and the named coordinator’s documented experience up to 20 points. Bidders must meet the qualification and compliance requirements and submit the required declaration and evidence for the scoring criteria.
