Smart Public Lighting Management and Traffic Video Surveillance

Summary

The tender covers construction works to implement smart management solutions for Eivissa’s public lighting and traffic. The works include replacing 509 luminaires with smarter, more energy-efficient units, installing video-surveillance equipment and adapting the electrical supply cabinets for that equipment. The city has approximately 9,000 lighting points; the planned solution aims to reduce energy consumption by more than 30% compared with the existing luminaires and improve monitoring of public services, events and city safety. The works budget is EUR 307,832.38 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope and include the price offer, required technical documents and declarations. The bidder must be registered in ROLECE or have applied for registration before the bid submission deadline. The team must include an engineer or similarly qualified contract manager with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The bid must include technical data sheets for the luminaires, floodlights, cameras and associated equipment, or evidence that the proposed products are equivalent. Automatically evaluated improvements are worth up to 40 points in total: up to 5 points for extending the warranty, up to 5 points for spare luminaires, 10 points for a replacement camera system, and up to 20 points for painting the 57 metal lighting poles in Parc de la Pau. Any offered improvement must be completed in full at no additional cost. Check the official tender documents for the precise financial and technical capacity thresholds and the works completion period.
