Theatre classes and performances for Vinaròs Municipal Theatre School

Summary

The contract covers the management of Vinaròs Municipal Theatre School, the organisation and delivery of theatre classes, the production of performances and cultural outreach. The provider will plan and lead the educational and artistic work, coordinate teachers and liaise with the Culture Department, manage enrolments and student group allocation, and submit an annual report. Teaching generally runs from October to June for at least 11 teaching hours per week: 3 hours for the youth group and 4 hours for each of the two adult groups. Each group must prepare at least one production per year, and each production must have at least three public performances; at least 50% of annual productions must be performed in Valencian. The initial contract term is one school year, 2026–2027, with up to three additional school-year extensions. The budget ceiling is EUR 19,000 per school year, with VAT treatment determined under applicable tax rules. Bids are evaluated on price (up to 49 points), an improvement promoting participation by people with disabilities (up to 10 points), and the technical project (up to 41 points). To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required financial capacity and the artistic and pedagogical director’s qualifications and experience, and submit a technical project and a financial offer.
