Asphalting of Avenida de Aragón

Summary

The City of Teruel is procuring asphalt resurfacing works on Avenida de Aragón to renew the deteriorated road surface, restore its load-bearing capacity and improve road safety. The works must follow the project and technical specifications and be completed within four weeks from the signing of the road-setting-out verification record. The estimated value is EUR 245,415.66 excluding VAT; the tender budget including 21% VAT is EUR 296,952.95. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced compliant bid will be selected. The bid price must not exceed the budget, and VAT must be stated separately. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of its final bid price excluding VAT. At least 50% of the workers assigned to the contract must have permanent employment contracts, and the bidder must undertake to maintain or improve their working conditions.
