Supply and installation of an automated metal grille at the ESENGRA cafeteria entrance
Summary
The contract is for improving the security of the cafeteria entrance at ESENGRA by installing two independently motorised metal roller grilles. The contractor must measure the opening; supply two lacquered perforated-aluminium roller grilles with reinforced side guides, shafts, tubular motors, control buttons, an electrical control panel, finishing profiles and fixings; and install, connect, adjust and hand over the complete working system. The work also includes testing and explaining the operation and use of the system to designated ESENGRA staff. Materials must be new and unused; equivalent products are allowed. The work must be completed within two months of contract signature, no later than 30 November 2026 or until the budget is exhausted. The budget is €16,401.31 including 21% VAT. Price carries up to 80 points and a shorter completion period up to 20 points: up to 30 calendar days earns 20 points, 31–45 days earns 10 points, and 46–60 days earns 0 points; bids offering more than 60 days are rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically. Tenderers must have the legal authority to perform the contract and be entered in the official tenderer register where this does not restrict competition. The best-ranked tenderer must provide proof of tax and social-security compliance, a REACH declaration and an undertaking to adhere to the ethics code; civil-liability insurance of at least €90,000 is required. The contractor is also responsible for proper management of waste generated during the work.
