Purchase of an electric van for the Ingenio foundation

Summary

The procurement is for one new, fully electric van with at least five seats, to transport workers and learners for the Ingenio municipal foundation for employment, vocational training and the cooperative movement. The vehicle must be suitable for transporting people and goods and meet the technical and safety requirements in the tender documents. The supply includes registration, transport, lettering in a design specified by the foundation, required documentation and accessories. The contract is not divided into lots. Minimum vehicle requirements include a WLTP range of 300 km, a 40 kWh battery, a payload of at least 800 kg, at least five seats, and compatibility with AC and DC charging. The vehicle is subject to a minimum one-year warranty covering breakdowns, spare parts, labour and required maintenance. The response time during the warranty period must not exceed two working days. Bidders must submit one electronic offer within ten days of publication of the contract notice. Separate economic or technical qualification evidence is not required because the estimated value is below €60,000. Bidders must nevertheless demonstrate their legal capacity and submit the required declarations and registration details, or proof of a timely application for registration.
