Supply of light sewer-cleaning machines

Summary

The procurement covers seven machines for cleaning sewer networks: five light machines in Lot 1 and two medium machines in Lot 2. The contract also includes maintenance of the chassis and equipment at the manufacturers’ authorised workshops throughout the minimum three-year warranty period. Delivery is due within three months for the light machines and eight months for the medium machines, counted from signature of the commencement record; the total contract periods are 39 and 44 months respectively. The vehicles must be delivered to EMASESA’s workplace in Seville, registered in EMASESA’s name and ready for use. The supplier must carry out final inspections and tests, provide operator training, and hand over the vehicle and equipment documents, maintenance plan and required keys. Bidders may tender for either or both lots, with no limit on the number of lots awarded. The estimated value is €655,200 excluding VAT (€792,792 including VAT). Price scores up to 40 points and technical quality up to 60 points; technical evaluation covers operational effectiveness, energy efficiency, maintainability and reliability, and ergonomics and safety. Bidders must meet the lot-specific turnover, previous supply experience and manufacturer certification requirements and submit compliant technical and financial offers.
