Supply and installation of S-19 bus-stop and QR information signs for the +MOBE project

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of 62 approved S-19 bus-stop traffic signs at stops on the pilot routes in O Campo Lameiro, Moraña and Portas, one for each direction of traffic, plus 62 additional signs displaying QR codes. The QR codes must link to a mobile application providing passengers with real-time information about routes, stop locations, timetables and arrival times. The contract includes both supplying and installing the signs and is not divided into lots. The work must be completed within two months of contract signature. The estimated value is €26,165.89 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €31,660.73 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth up to 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically using the required price proposal form; the price excluding VAT must not exceed the budget ceiling. Bidders must be registered in the required Spanish or Galician business register, or prove that they applied for registration before the bid deadline. Economic and technical capacity and a commitment to provide adequate resources for the contract are also required. No provisional tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of €1,308.29.
