Territorial standardization in the Municipality of Llanes

Summary

The contract covers standardising territorial and address data in the rural areas and other settlements of the Municipality of Llanes. The work includes field surveys to identify and delimit roads and settlements, proposals for naming and coding roads, numbering buildings, analysing and updating the residents’ register, and creating a geospatial database and public web map. The results must be installed in the municipality’s GIS and supplied to the competent authorities. The urban centres of Llanes and Posada are excluded from the work area; the previously completed area of Pría must be included in the project database. The contract runs for four years and is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 245,000 excluding VAT (EUR 296,450 including VAT). The bidder must provide a team of three graduates in Geography or with equivalent qualifications. Detailed economic and technical capacity requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
