Supply of event furniture to the Santa Brígida and Santa Cruz hotels

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of tables and chairs for events and meetings at hotels managed by Hoteles Escuela de Canarias, S.A. It is divided into two lots: for the Santa Brígida Hotel School, various folding tables, including 10 wide and 6 narrow rectangular tables, 2 large round tables, 6 smaller round tables and 15 meeting and conference tables; for the Santa Cruz Hotel School, 40 meeting and conference tables and 165 Tiffany-style chairs. The furniture must meet the material, dimension, durability and use requirements in the technical specifications. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, and one bidder may be awarded both. Delivery must be made to the relevant hotel by 20 December 2026 at the latest, or by any earlier deadline offered by the bidder. The bidder must include the costs of packing, transport, loading, unloading and delivery, and protect the furniture against damage and moisture in transit. The furniture must carry a warranty of at least 3 years. Following notification of a fault, the supplier must attend within 72 hours and replace any item that cannot be repaired with an equivalent item. The estimated contract value is €20,115.38 excluding the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC); the maximum tender budget is €21,523.45 including IGIC. Bids are scored on price (up to 80 points), shorter delivery time (up to 15 points) and an extended warranty (up to 5 points). Delivery within 50 calendar days earns 7.5 points and within 40 days earns 15 points. The standard warranty is 3 years; an additional 6 months earns 2.5 points and an additional 12 months earns 5 points. Bidders must price every item in each lot bid for and provide manufacturers’ technical data sheets or other official evidence that the items meet the specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders must be registered in the official bidders’ register or provide evidence of an application submitted before the tender deadline. Separate proof of economic or technical capacity is not required.
