Supply and installation of ophthalmic equipment in Ferrol

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of five new ophthalmic devices for the naval optical clinic in Ferrol: an automatic autorefractometer-keratometer, a digital phoropter, a digital optotype display, a complete ophthalmic refraction unit and an LED slit lamp. One of each device is required. The supplier must deliver, install and configure the equipment, carry out acceptance tests and provide users with at least four hours of training in at least two sessions. User manuals and the required technical documentation must be supplied in Spanish. The bid must meet the technical minimum specifications in the tender documents and demonstrate compliance with medical-device requirements, including the required CE marking, declaration of conformity and other applicable documentation. Equipment must have a warranty of at least three years, with spare parts and technical support available for at least ten years. Delivery, installation and acceptance must be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt of the supply request and, in all cases, by 30 November 2026. The maximum budget is €20,661.16 excluding VAT, or €25,000 including VAT; offers exceeding any equipment unit-price ceiling or the overall budget will be rejected. Price is worth up to 70 points; delivery time, an extended warranty and three equipment features are also evaluated. The procurement is not divided into lots.
