Security and private guarding services at TITSA facilities in southern Tenerife

Summary

The tender covers unarmed guarding and private security services at TITSA facilities in southern Tenerife. The service must protect people, buildings, buses and other property, and includes patrols and external rounds, access and incident monitoring, planned enhanced security during special periods, and maintenance of alarm systems both connected and not connected to an alarm receiving centre. The planned annual provision is 45,471 hours of regular service and 134 hours for special events, across locations in Granadilla, San Isidro, Parque La Reina, Guaza, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje and Guía de Isora. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €1,216,000 in one of the last three years, experience providing similar services during the last three financial years, and the required authorisations and registration for security services and alarm systems. The bid must commit to providing all necessary staff and resources and include a technical plan of no more than 10 pages. Evaluation awards up to 48 points for price, 6 for a commitment to employment stability, 6 for up to 50 additional hours at no cost, and 40 for the technical plan. The technical plan must score at least 20 points overall and more than zero in every section.
