Rental of reprographic equipment without a purchase option

Summary

The procurement concerns the rental, without a purchase option, of approximately 50 new multifunction reprographic devices (printers, copiers and scanners) for the education and vocational training authority in Mérida, Badajoz and Cáceres. Over the four-year contract, the supplier must deliver, install and configure the equipment, train users, and provide the software, licences, consumables and comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance; paper remains the contracting authority’s responsibility. If proposed for award, the bidder must provide a Spanish-language technical data sheet and photographs of the equipment.
