Cleaning of municipal buildings

Summary

The contract covers cleaning seven buildings and facilities belonging to the Municipality of Muel: the sports pavilion, medical clinic, childcare centre, chapel, apartment-block stairways on García Giménez Avenue, casino and municipal swimming pool. The work includes routine cleaning at different frequencies as well as seasonal and exceptional cleaning. The contractor must provide all staff, equipment, cleaning products and supplies needed. The contract runs for two years, with a possible one-year extension by mutual agreement. The estimated contract value is €112,114.81; the tender budget is €73,633.26 excluding VAT and €89,096.25 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Price is worth up to 60 points and additional cleaning hours up to 40 points: the municipality may use the offered exceptional cleaning hours at no charge, up to 50 hours over the two contract years. Bidders must meet turnover and relevant experience requirements, provide details of equipment and cleaning products, and take over the staff assigned to the service in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the offered price excluding VAT.
